Known issues

• Direct injection carbon build-up on some 1.2L MPI petrol variants (less common than turbo cars, but possible after 80k+ km with poor fuel quality or short journeys)
• Occasional moisture ingress into headlight assemblies (cosmetic, not safety-critical)
• Panoramic sunroof rattling or seal degradation reported on later Gen5 models (mainly Gen5.5 onwards, less common on pure Gen5)
• Door lock actuators can fail prematurely on isolated examples (warranty-covered)
• Infotainment system occasional software glitches requiring updates
• Low-speed transmission hesitation on manual variants when cold (usually clears after warm-up)
